This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and VibeCheck for the use of the VibeCheck mobile application.
VibeCheck grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
Premium features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year) basis and are managed through your Apple ID. All billing, renewal, and cancellation is handled by Apple in accordance with their standard terms.
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by VibeCheck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
This EULA is governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
This EULA is between you and VibeCheck only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms will govern with respect to usage rules.
