These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VibeCheck mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
VibeCheck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
VibeCheck Premium is an optional paid subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscription options:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in App Store Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
This app's End User License Agreement is the standard Apple EULA available at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Images you submit for analysis are processed by our AI service and are not stored permanently beyond what is required to provide the service. You retain all rights to your photos.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated style scores and advice are for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCheck and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
